Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs chicken wings cut into wing pieces, optional
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 medium green onions chopped
  • 3 medium jalapeno stemmed, chopped with the seeds
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 1/2 tbsp all spice
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1/4 tbsp grounded zest

Instructions
 

  • In the bowl of a food processor, add the marinade ingredients. Pulse until blended and smooth.
    Place your chicken wings in a large plastic resealable bag. Pour marinade over the chicken and seal, removing as much air as possible.
    Use your fingers to move the chicken around in the bag until each wings is coating with marinade. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
    When ready to bake, preheat your oven to 400°F. Spray a large, rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
    Remove chicken wings from the bag and place skin side up on baking sheet.
    Bake on the center rack of the oven for 35 – 40 minutes or until the wings have reached an internal temperature of at least 165°F on an instant read thermometer.
    Transfer the wings to a serving plate and garnish with additional green onion and orange slices.
